More recently, Candice has been recognised as an inspirational Public Speaker, having delivered keynote addresses as a Free To Grow #IlluminateHER Ambassador for 2019, inspiring women to know, grow, promote and assert themselves within their careers and lives. She has also had the privilege of being invited by Symphonia as a Key note Speaker at the Women In Leadership Conference in Cape Town for 2019.

Being a future-focused entrepreneur herself, with a heart bursting for young leaders, Candice has done extensive researched on what it will take to survive and thrive as a leader in the 4^th industrial revolution and has since distilled her research into an engaging Programme encapsulating 4 Human Skills that will set leaders apart during this age.

As an extension of her passion for her community and ministry,  she co-host a radio programme called #Chosen2Change on HeartbeatFM 103.9 (with co-hosts Liza Stroebel and Clifford Sheldon), engaging a listenership of 400 000 hearts and homes across the Southern & Western Cape, but can be streamed internationally. The programme focusses on transformational coaching with reference to Kingdom principles,

Recently, she was honoured  as a Finalist in the category of Woman Change Agent of the Year by the George Chamber of Commerce in 2019.
